What is BSC Nursing?

BSc nursing is a graduate-level course in Nursing and covers all the important aspects of nursing. The course is aimed at imparting the thorough knowledge and know-how basics of the profession. As the profession directly involves in taking care of patients, thus the course has to be rigorous.

BSC Nursing eligibility

Educational Qualification : To pursue B. Sc. nursing the candidates should have minimum eligibility criteria, having completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as mandatory subjects.

Age Limit :For BSC Nursing in a majority of colleges, the minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. The maximum age for admission shall be 35 years.

Admission Procedure

Admission shall be made on merit on the basis of the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the State and Government/U.T. Administration and the University.

BSC Nursing Duration

Graduation in Nursing or B. Sc. (Bachelor of Science) in Nursing is a four-year professional course.
